All normal digital parts belong to either the 74HC logic family or the 4000B logic family. The behaviour of a part depends on the logic family to which it belongs. See Part parameters for logic family for the range of possible options. Many parameters are dependent on the supply voltage being used for the family. This can be set in the Scene properties (Electronics).
Note that the digital input and digital output parts do not belong to a logic family.
